AVIV 613 Vodka Quiz Official Rules: 1.Participants must be current employees of a store, bar, or restaurant that currently sells or serves AVIV 613 Vodka (“AVIV”). 2.Only employees directly working in sales, service, or management roles are eligible. 3.Participants must be 21 years of age or older. 4. Each eligible participant may take the quiz only once. 5.The quiz is administered online through an official AVIV platform. 6.Participants must complete the entire quiz in a single session but may retake the quiz. 7.A score of 100% is required to qualify for a prize. 8.One prize per participant, per lifetime. 9.Prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.10.Prize will be determined and distributed by AVIV at its sole discretion. 11.AVIV reserves the right to modify quiz content at any time; change quiz rules without prior notice; terminate the quiz program at any time; Disqualify any participant for any reason; and no advance notice is required for any changes or termination. 12.Participants must provide proof of current employment upon prize claim.13.AVIV reserves the right to verify employment status and quiz results. 14.Any attempt to manipulate or fraudulently complete the quiz will result in immediate disqualification.15.100% quiz score must be verified by AVIV. 16.Winner must claim prize within 10 days of receiving an email or text message from AVIV asking you to choose your prize. 17.Prizes will be awarded at AVIV's discretion. 18.AVIV is not responsible for technical issues preventing quiz completion. 19.Prize has no cash value. 20.Participation is voluntary. 21.These rules are governed by the laws of USA State where participant lives and participant is responsible for knowing if this quiz is allowed in his/her state and may not participate if it is not legal. 22.AVIV's interpretation of these rules is final. 23.By participating in the AVIV Employee Quiz, participants automatically agree to these terms and conditions.
