(Makes 4 Servings)

4 green tea bags
1 cup fresh mint leaves
Honey
Lemon garnish

Muddle mint leaves in a pitcher, add tea bags and pour hot water over the top, adding honey to taste. Cover and refrigerate for 5 hours or more. Serve in a high ball glass with AVIV over ice, garnish with mint and a slice of fresh lemon.

1/8 cup pickle juice
1-2 sprigs of fresh dill, finely chopped
Juice of 1 lime
Sriracha sauce to taste

Combine all ingredients except AVIV in a large pot and cook on medium-low for 3-4 hours. The mix will reduce to about 3/4 of the original amount. Cool and serve over ice with AVIV and garnishes of your choice. Bloody Mary mix can be refrigerated for up to 2 weeks.
